We will respond to any application arrangement within 5 working days.

Customers respond to ensure that the goods have not been used, unpacked, and have no damage. The replacement product is only limited to the same model, color, and size. PLEASE DO NOT DAMAGE BY YOURSELF AND SAY IT COMES DAMAGED.

If we accept the application, customer respond for all cost to bring back the item to our office. WE WILL DENY THE PAY ON DELIVERY.

If the customer entrusts the deliveryman to deliver the goods to the door of our office for collection, the customer shall be responsible for the risk of loss or damage of the goods.
