All products are hand crafted, it might contain slight imperfecrion. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PERFECTION, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.

All products contain +/- 10% of colour and measurement tolerance.

All products' fabric might have slight different from the photos due to different batch of our fabric order.

All products are made to order, it might take 3-10 working days to produce. IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.

We do not accept any refund and exchange. BUT YOU CAN STILL TRY TO CONTACT US ON INSTAGRAM. 

We will respond to any application arrangement within 5 working days.

Customers respond to ensure that the goods have not been used, unpacked, and have no damage. The replacement product is only limited to the same model, color, and size. PLEASE DO NOT DAMAGE BY YOURSELF AND SAY IT COMES DAMAGED.

​If we accept the application, customer respond for all cost to bring back the item to our office. WE WILL DENY THE PAY ON DELIVERY.

If the customer entrusts the deliveryman to deliver the goods to the door of our office for collection, the customer shall be responsible for the risk of loss or damage of the goods.

Only one time exchange will be consider for each order.

In case of any dispute, William Law Limited reserves the right of final decision.
